Chatime Australia initiated a dynamic campaign to invigorate hot tea sales, acknowledging the shift in demand with changing seasons. As winter brought a decline in iced drink sales, the company strategically repositioned itself as a premier hub for hot tea.

Leveraging innovative marketing approaches and heightened visibility, Chatime showcased its diverse and delicious range of hot teas. This intentional pivot captured the interest of tea enthusiasts, meeting seasonal demands and resulting in amplified awareness and sales of their comforting hot beverages.

At Chatime, I partnered with the marketing team to design and launch the Loyal-tea app, ensuring an on-time release despite a tight deadline.
